While our restaurant is not a certified gluten-free kitchen, we prepare our dishes with the utmost care and attention for our gluten-sensitive guests. Upon request, meals are prepared using separate pans, fresh oil, and dedicated utensils to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
For us, gluten-free means more than just swapping a side dish. For certain meals, we prepare the entire recipe and all sauces individually using gluten-free ingredients. Due to this complex culinary process and the use of specialty ingredients, a surcharge of 900 HUF applies to these dishes.
